Service Description
We offer high shine, multi-dimension, comfortable, weightless, beautiful updo, half up, and all down hairstyles of your choice that are inspired by the red carpet and last for 18+ hours, comfortably and beautifully, with an "enhancing natural beauty" approach to ensure the most flattering style to match your overall style for the day and night. We can interpret photos of inspiration or we can curate unique styles fit to match you and make recommendations based on your goals and preferences. Hair includes styling of hair accessories, the veil, any floral accessories and any/all headpieces (it's best if accessories have a comb or pins attached to provide the best security to the hair style and to wear the most comfortably, please let us know for visibility and planning purposes if you have more than 1-2 accessories to add to the hair style). We offer complimentary application of clip in hair extensions, if applicable, we recommend the following company for our favorite clip in extensions should you need some, they also have a customer care number to help with choosing color , length, and thickness: https://www.bellamihair.com. Service Agreement
1. Deposit - The deposit is 50% of each service. The remaining 50% (and travel fee) is paid in person on wedding day to assigned artist. Deposits are non-refundable. Deposits reserve your wedding date services and a paid deposit is the only way we block out your wedding date, preventing other prospective Clients from booking your wedding date. 2. Touch Ups – There is a complimentary touchup time, typically 15-30 minutes after all services are completed, where everyone who received services can have makeup and hair ‘touch ups’ as needed, either requested by the Client or Artist, ensuring everyone is ‘photo ready’ after they get dressed before they leave to the venue, before Artist(s) depart. After that, additional touch ups are available for booking at $75 per hour, scheduled in advance, and limited to availability. 3. Cancellation - In the event Client cancels wedding day services, Client will forfeit the deposit. Client will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of scheduled appointment fees. For Trial appointments, Client must give 48 hours’ notice to canceling or rescheduling or 50% of Trial cost will be billed to Client. Upon payment of the cancellation fee, Client will have no further liability to Artist hereunder and will be eligible to reschedule. We do not permit wedding day cancellations of any kind: the number of wedding day services contracted must be the same number of wedding day services carried out by Artist(s). 4. Acceptable Payment – In person remaining balances are cash only due directly to your Lead Artist in one envelope. Gratuity is not included and is graciously accepted! 5. Travel – Artist(s) charge round-trip travel from San Francisco. Artist(s) do not travel for trial run appointments. Travel fee is per Artist. Travel fee is waived for San Francisco. If free parking is not available, parking is billed to the client’s hotel room. 6. Liability – By signing this contract, Client removes Provider from any responsibility should there be an allergic reaction, sensitivity or injury resulting from the hair/makeup service. Client is responsible for informing Provider about any allergies or sensitivities before any services are performed. 7. Photo Release – Bride agrees to allow before and after pictures to be taken for promotional use by AN-Artistry.com. These photographs will be used for advertising purposes only on AN-Artistry’s website, social media pages, advertisements, and promotional materials.
