You’ll meet one-on-one with the owner of A.N. Artistry for a 30-minute video consultation to walk through your vision, answer questions, and help you feel confident before reserving your date.
Reserve Your Wedding Date
Secure your wedding date with a reservation deposit. This deposit is applied toward your final balance and confirms your date, allowing us to thoughtfully assign your artists and begin planning your wedding morning.
Once reserved, you’ll receive a welcome email with access to your private bridal portal, where you can begin building your custom package at your own pace.
Design Your Bridal Package
Inside your private bridal portal, you can create your custom package with ease. Select services for yourself and your bridal party, choosing hair, makeup, or both, along with any enhancements you’d like to include.
Preferred pricing is automatically applied for larger groups, and our team structure ensures a smooth, well-paced experience for your wedding morning. When you’re ready, simply finalize your selections to secure your services.
Personalized Scheduling & White Glove Support
Once your services are secured, our team begins coordinating every detail of your wedding day experience. We’ll personally reach out to schedule your preview session, design your beauty timeline, and thoughtfully assign your artists based on your group size and vision.
You’ll receive guided communication and timely reminders leading up to your wedding, so everything feels organized, seamless, and fully taken care of.
Final Details & Payment
Your final balance is based on the services you selected in your bridal portal and is completed on or before your wedding day. Every detail is clearly outlined and confirmed in advance, so you can feel fully prepared and at ease.
How many services do I need to book for my wedding?
For weekend weddings, we require a minimum number of 6 services to ensure proper artist allocation and a smooth timeline. Most brides book for themselves plus 4 to 8 additional people, which allows us to provide a full team and seamless experience.
Can I book hair or makeup only?
Yes. You can book makeup only, hairstyling only, or both. Many brides and guests choose a mix depending on their preferences, and your package can be fully customized inside your bridal portal.
Do you travel to my location?
Yes, all services are provided on-location for your convenience. We travel throughout San Francisco Bay Area and Napa Valley Wine Country, including estates, hotels, private homes, and venues. Travel fees are calculated based on your getting-ready location.
How long does hair and makeup take for a group?
For larger parties, we assign two artists to ensure everything is completed on time. Timing depends on your group size and selected services. As a general guide:

Do you offer bridal trials or preview sessions?
Yes. Bridal preview sessions are available and highly recommended. This is a dedicated time to thoughtfully design and refine your wedding day look in advance, so everything feels effortless and beautifully aligned with your vision.
Your preview session is scheduled with the same artist who will be with you on your wedding day, ensuring continuity and complete confidence in your final look.
Preview sessions are arranged after your wedding day services are selected and are included as part of your bridal experience. They are not offered as standalone trials, but rather as a seamless step within your confirmed booking.
Are lashes included? Do you offer airbrush makeup?
We offer both options. Everything can be selected when building your package.

Can you accommodate large bridal parties?
Yes. We regularly service bridal parties of 5 to 15+ people. For larger groups, we assign two master makeup artists and build a detailed schedule so your morning runs smoothly and on time.
